The Challenge
Gyms and retailers were running memberships, sales, stock and online orders across separate tools, so real profit, stock movement and daily performance were hard to see, and a dropped connection stopped the front desk.
What We Built
A multi-tenant cloud platform where each business gets its own workspace and switches on the modules it needs: gym management with biometric check-in, POS, inventory, an online storefront, and an offline branch server that syncs when the connection returns.
The Outcome
One system from the front desk to the online shop. Owners see sales, profit, stock and member activity instantly, and branches keep selling and checking members in even without internet.
